Burn-in Rack
We push our systems as hard as they can go so our systems our durable and long-lasting out in the field.
Conformal Coating
We apply a thin film that conforms to the contours of a printed circuit board to protect the board’s components.
Robotic Potting
Our Potting machines are programmed to apply a specialized epoxy to critical components of PCB board.
Integration Floors
We have several integration floors capable of building 500+ systems a day. Our integration floors meet FED-STD 209E in which contaminants such as dust are reduced to a very low level by special procedures.
Class 100 Clean Room
Our Class 100 clean room gives our engineers a highly purified and controlled room that prevents any contamination during the integration process.
Shake/Vibration
Our simulations contain both shock and vibration tests to check for mechanical faults, transportation simulation, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and mission profiles for machines as well as Environmental testing for computers.
