Core Systems offers a complete vertically integrated manufacturing facility. We have complete control over the entire manufacturing process from metal fabrication to final system assembly. Core Systems is one of the only rugged computing manufacturers in the nation to own a complete sheet metal fabrication shop, CNC machine shop and metal finishing shop.
Core Systems has the production capabilities, experience, and expertise to meet the needs of custom metal fabrication in order to produce top-of-the-line custom products. Our state-of-the-art metal fabrication department is equiped with the finest machinery the industry has to offer.
The Core Systems Engineering team are experts in small form factor mission computing, rugged LCD displays, and rugged rackmount computing and for quick turn applications. Our Standard COTS product line can be customized to meet specific program form factor or I/O requirements.
Core Metal Fabrication (CMF) has multiple Amada CNC Turret Punches that can handle 10′ x 4′ sheets of metal. Our metal shop can run multiple projects at the same time with our late model Amada AE-NT CNC turret punches.
The Amada Press Brake has superior accuracy and can bend the sheet metal to a precision level of tolerance of up to +/- 0.0004″ in a repeated manner. It ensures that every part that is cut is similar in fashion and there is maximum coherence with the design.
The Haas Vertical Machining Center is where a number of different high-performance machines are used to obtain the precise accuracy for multi-faced and complex parts. Our Haas VMC is designed to meet the high volume demands for production with reduced cycle time.
Powder Coating is a technique of painting the surface of equipment with specially charged metal powders. Powder coating is conducted in three steps and is far better than normal paints as the powder fuses with the metal surface making it corrosion resistant and less prone to rusting.
