The Rugged Core Systems 3750-X Cisco Integrated Services Router (ISR) has been carefully redesigned and repackaged using aluminum over steel to reduce the chassis depth and to lighten the overall system weight. To comply with DO-160 aircraft power requirements, Core Systems converts the AC power to a mil-circular 38999 connector for 18-36VDC. For shock and vibration compliance to withstand the harsh in-flight environment, all internal components are locked down using our precise robotic potting technique. The Rugged 3750-X includes optional four Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) SFP or two 10GbE SFP+ uplink network modules and an industry-first PoE+ with 30W power on all ports in a 1 rack unit (RU) form factor. Dual redundant, modular power supplies and fans Media Access Control Security (MACsec) hardware-based encryption IPv4 and IPv6 routing, Multicast routing, advanced quality of service (QoS), and security features in hardware are also included. An enhanced limited lifetime warranty (LLW) with next business day (NBD) advance hardware replacement and 90 day access to Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support grants businesses peace of mind. The enhanced Cisco EnergyWise solution is key for operational cost optimization by measuring actual power consumption of the PoE devices, reporting, and reducing energy consumption across the network. The 3750-X also has USB Type-A and Type-B ports for storage and console respectively and an out-of band Ethernet management port.

With all these features, the rugged 3750-X from Core Systems is architected to meet the application demands of today’s branch offices with design flexibility for future applications.
